Respawn LAN Forums _ General Stuff _ Prizes For V13

As the prizes went, for Cod4 5v5 Search And Destroy
There was no prize for second, even tho we had to play for 6-8 hours of cod4,until the finals
Which in that time i could of been leechin.
Could there be a possibility of there being a prize for 1st, 2nd, possibly 3rd

This is an issue you'll need to ask r4n about, I can however say that the intrest in cod was huge. Alot more comps where run and planned than before. I'd say r4n will no doubt post a reply to you about this matter soon.

Why would there be a prize for 2nd? The point of the comp is to win it...

Hey guys give them a brake last time there was drinks but they gave it to first coz they got called hax and had to play again ,
and yeah its just for fun respawn has never been lets win at all cost game play the -Dui- boys pulled out just coz we wanted to play other games aswell! we figured we had played enough winning is not every thing in life lol.... trust me you get sick of winning pretty fast... 
anyway i enjoyed it and the admins normal play! but they could coz there was 18 teams! i mean they where thinking like 10 maybe 12.. lol but 18 its bigger that CSS!!!!!! woooooooo go cod
anyway i for one want to thank dead_man, oohms and the rest of the team for running it so well

The Call of Duty scene at Respawn is growing rapidly and I believe an increase in prize money is due, which will even further interest in the comp.
Respawn LAN is already getting lots of attention over @ CyberGamer forums and with a greater prize pool we will see even more teams & more competitive gaming take place.
Regardless if there is change or not, I'll see you all at the next Respawn

yea my team was meant to play till i almost had a heart attack at the amount of teams playing.
im making a few changes to the way things are run with COD4 and such which should hopefully improve the way it is run.
as far as prizes thats not my department, im only meant to run the servers

shotgun the side room for competing COD teams next lan, as most of us know eachother from cybergamer, we would have liked to chat etc more closely rather than yelling across a hall looking like spastics

is it promod/normal but disallow P90?
