On a standard table I had a 26" and a 19" quite easily. admittedly the 19" was on a 45deg angle.
and as tank said, 30" uses almost 60% of a table.

19" screen is fine... that's what I bring. I've seen ppls with 24" Wide screens, and if they're any bigger, I hasn't noticed. xD

A functional limit would probably be 26" without intruding on the space of others.

Well i would put my case behind my screen and then put the 19 on top of the case, therefore alowing me to sit back and monitor dc++ "chat" whilst playing games.

My laptop is 17inch, normally its all i bring but at home i use it with a 24 inch (that i won when i bought the laptop :>) i have always been so tempted to bring the extra screen but never do and always make the right decision in not bringing it. Thing is it takes up to much space to have 2 screens that are close to 40 inchs in total. You couldnt do it in the one space. My guess is if you want to take up a whole table pay for the two spots? If thats allowable. Does mean one less player though  |

Also, buying 2 spots for one person, that was me having a little dig, but i think thats a bit unfair. pretty sure the general consensus is no to dual screens unless one of those screens is a laptop.
having said that, you get half a table length, so 2 screens would be pretty hard to fit on that unless one of them is on top of ur case, which is a pretty precarious position.

Well, just looking at the T&C of Respawn (http://respawn.com.au/?page=guides.tandc), it says "Should anyone wish to bring two PC's, or additional equipment, they may be asked to pay a surcharge.", this shows that it is allowed, whether or not it is looked highly upon is a different matter all together though, but the point is you can.
That being said, if the T&Cs were followed properly there would be no porn... And well... Anyone who has been to Respawn knows how well they are obviously being held up.

If only certain other people remember to lock their PCs. If you forget to lock it we are obliged to do strange things to your installation, such as input language, backgrounds, homepages etc. This is to teach you that leaving your PC unlocked around a few hundred gamers is really not a good thing to do.

Incorrect!
This is what happened.
We (Cenobite and myself) changed his language and keyboard character set to some weird arse one. He came back and went "Oh shit, better put a password on this mofo". So he did. Then he realised it was in a different input language etc, changed it back, and proceeded to lock his PC.
The observant one will note that his password was still in some other character set that his keyboard no longer is set to.
This is not a problem - normally you boot off a CD and use a tool to reset it. But his harddrives were SAS and the controller wasn't properly supported by the linux live CD. So over maybe two hours, we fought back and forth trying to get it to work. Eventually we hit gold and all was well, but not before being up so late we only got two or three hours of sleep.
