Seat booking subject to change!

Notes:
Regarding the designated gaming zones. THESE ARE STRICTLY A SUGGESTION ONLY. We thought it'd be handy for those playing the same games to be able to sit together. It's really up to you. If you don't like it or have some feedback, feel free to let us know.

Zones include:
CS:GO / TF2 & FPS (Counterstrike, TF2, Titanfall, etc)
MMO & SURVIVAL (ARMA, Path of Exile, WoW, etc)
ANYBODY'S GAME (Any game at all!)
MOBA & STARCRAFT (LoL, DOTA2, Starcraft 2, etc)
FLAT-OUT 2 & RACING (Flatout 2, Blur, Grid, etc)

We WILL be seating people as close together as this will probably be a SOLD-OUT EVENT. This means that we will be doing our best to ensure that we don't have single seats in between seat booking groups if we can avoid it. Keep this in mind while making a booking.

Rules for bookings:

• Bookings are only available to prepaid players.
  If you are making a group booking then all players must have prepaid before you can book (We do check).
• You can make a booking for as large or small as you want.
  If you want to reserve a seat in a particular location for just yourself, that's fine too.
• When specifying players, make sure you use their names as it appears in the event player list.
• If adding / removing / changing seats, always create a new post (do not edit old posts).

How to book:

1. Confirm with your group that all players you are booking for have prepaid
2. Find a seat or group of seats that is not already allocated on the graph above
3. Reply to this thread with:
   
   1. Group name (if you do not specify, the name of the player who posted will be used)
   2. Seat range you're after (eg. "L22 - 28")
   3. List of the players you're booking for
4. Return to this thread closer to the event to make sure your booking was successful (Sometimes we must reject or change bookings and we don't want you to miss out!)

Simple and fast! We will be regularly updating the graph with new successful bookings and more frequently as we get closer to the date! Bookings are usually cut off sometime on the Friday afternoon before Respawn

If you have a particular game you are playing, be sure to add it to the end of your booking and possibly even sit in one of the zones! This gives you a greater chance to sit with people playing the same games

The idea of the 'team-up' arrangement is so that people who are only coming in pairs, or solo, can sit near people of similar interests if they want
