just stating a review in 2005 5 years down the track alot of things can change, new management , diffrent views on how the company could be run and implemented.. so y would u base it on a 5 year old review. im sure if u search you would find what people really think of this service today

use whirlpool for a guide they show all the ups and downs of the isp in mention. most are current.

there is a 2009 survey comming out soon,

and a 2008 survey, out of the lot tho seems that iinet, internode, westnet, have the best customer service, and most reliability and performance internode being the highest from the 3 in a quick glance
