In exchange for paying twice as much per GB as other ISPs, you get:
- Good reliability
- Good consistent performance + good pings
- Haven't used the customer service because I haven't needed to
- Unlimited free web-radio (most major stations)
- Unlimited Steam! As well as MajorGeeks and SourceForge (handy if you're into Linux)
- Unlimited and fast access to Internode servers for CS, TF2, etc
- A rather good usage meter that updates within a few hours
- Some plans don't count uploads

Overall I'm very happy with them and would gladly pay the extra price for it.
