As a current internode customer there are a number of plus+++++
- Their tech support is ONSHORE (in Adelaide) - They dont screw you around - Yes their prices are higher but you get what you pay for in my opinion
- Everything wolfmother said. - I've only spoken to them once, and that was when my internet dropped out 1:30pm today and it turns out that it was an exchange issue following the storms so it was out of their control anyway since im on a telstra dslam not an agile (internode).
If you do the number check and can get on an AGILE PORT, your very lucky!
in comparison to TPG, they are higher dollars and lower download limits. But have alot of freebies like wolfmother said.
I was and still am an Internode customer until 16/03 when I'm going over to TPG to try and save some money so I can move out of my mommies house.
