Gyix, im sorry but tpg customer service is the worst and most suckiest piece of dog crap ever. If its a simple problem most people will fix it themselves, but if its something out of there control i.e a problem that isnt with their computer or modem then they dont fail smile.gif Fact: TPG customer service is shit. Also, *throws caylem at you*
