well if you fail and cant fix the issue or ask the right questions then they fail
but if you dont fail then you should be fine they are good as

Gyix, im sorry but tpg customer service is the worst and most suckiest piece of dog crap ever. If its a simple problem most people will fix it themselves, but if its something out of there control i.e a problem that isnt with their computer or modem then they dont fail Fact: TPG customer service is shit. For example i asked how come my connection keeps dropping out they say o my modem was fucked
wrong i later got an email from them saying they are experienceing tech difficulties and that they are working on it asap
it took 4 days for them to fix
when i call tpg they treat me like i know nothing about networking
i have a certs 3 in networking and currently under goin a genral diploma in Information tech
and they say somthing is wrong with my modem
