slight Driver Issue... Options

Windows 7 has started to play up, whenever i restart my computer i cannot use my USB keyboard and mouse and my network cards dont work


i have had to use a ps/2 keyboard and mouse..

i went into device manager and i saw that all my usb ports failed to start and that my network cards also failed to start... to fix this i had to click uninstall and then rescan for hardware changes... after that it worked almost instantly.

I want to know why it is doing this and how i can fix it...

I dont want to have to take two keyboards and two mice to respawn so any help is aprriciated:

P.S I dont realy want to reinstall os but if i have to i will - Last LAST FINAL Resort

now im getting the feeling sombodys in my system controllin mah mouse.


last night my msn contact list randomly scrolled up and down like sombody was using the scroll wheel... when i did a norton scan it took 15 mins for a intensive scan... does that sound right?
