Enable that and ANYTHING should be able to use your USB keyboard.
I have installed and maintained XP machines since it was released in 2001, and i have used MANY a USB keyboard to install/configure them.
i do enable it in the bios but for sum reason it keeps doing it
This doesn't have to be the OS's fault though. You could have a bad MB, BIOS, drivers, keyboard, cables, connectors or ports.
And since lots of people have had no problem with USB keyboards and XP, it's more likely that it's not the OS.
