Several of my mates were in the confirmed list now they are in the waiting list... what happened? So many people got shifted down to the waiting list even when they were confirmed...

This has already been mentioned, but basically it depends on the order you register I believe.

So if someone who registered before your friends has only just confirmed, they get moved up above your friends on the list. Even post-bump I think.

An ADMIN will be along shortly to confirm anyway lol.
