Hey guys,

I too need a bit more space for my harddrives, but am not really willing to get a seperate file server or computer for it. So was wondering if any of you know of a good computer case that could house many HDDs and still keep em working (anything that houses 8+ is good, tho the more the merrier), additionally if you know of an esata or hotswap solution that would also be appreciated.

So far i'm looking at the Antec Twelve Hundred, but i can't find any others worthy mentioning:

Hey thx for the info.

Budget - anything reasonable, but otherwise not worried about it as long as it gets me what i need. i suppose if i had to mention limit, i would say $500 absolute max.

My motherboard currently has no esata port, so i can't really use that as the current solution, but am looking at that for the near future.

The two cases you posted look awesome and 8 and 9 slots seems enough. I especially like the v5 black edition one.

One thing though i've noticed is it says (on mine) 12 slots, but actually only 9 of those are for HDDs normally - sorry but i cbf getting brackets n stuff to put them in the larger cdrom locations or i'd do it in my current. Not sure what i should watch out for to ensure the two posted have that many hdd slots.

btw - wtf is a norco? biggrin.gif

Here, it is dangerous to go alone, take this http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_p...roducts_id=3840

A Norco: http://www.norcotek.com/item_detail.php?ca...odelno=RPC-4224

Or at least that's the one I was picturing when I said it.
