Player Posts: 191 Joined: 8-June 07 Next event:	Hey guys, My first Respawn LAN coming up, so a question about bringing a laptop.... Can I? I have a main system which is rather sizeable... I usually put the system on the floor, im hoping there is room for that. Can i bring my laptop? Mainly i just use it for watching movies etc, but network access would be a bonus. Can i slip an admin $5 for an extra switch port? I'd rather not bother bringing my own switch, and i know how much of a pain that can be at lans too. Respawn Alumni Posts: 108 Joined: 19-June 06 From: Melbourne Next event:	i would suggest that you contact Zardoz regarding the fridge. otherwise regarding the computers, players pay for one (1) switchport upon entry. your laptops are welcome to use the wireless connection that will be available at the event. with the amount of "stuff" that your bringing, it may be advisable to book two seats to allow you to spread your gear out. just make a second dummy account ie TheTacoMan and TheTacoMan2 so we know who you are, and that you have two seats. -------------------- - Menu of life, Exit of death, Your final grave, In peace you may rest QUOTE: 16:31 < Jeffy> MiniWalks i bow to your superiority
