Looks like it hasn't been publicised, but FlatOut 3 appeared on Steam thismorning:

Here's hoping unlike Ultimate Carnage, it won't be locked to XBL / GFWL for multiplayer...

Horrible.

Respawn will be sticking with Flatout 2 as a tournament game.

I might run Flatout 3 as a funcomp just for kicks, well see how many people actually bought the game first!

FO3 is by far the worst game ive ever played
