how do you guys decide dates for your events? Options

As the topic says how do you decide the date for each event the reason i ask is because it always seems to fall on the weekend that i have to work and i end up having to take anual leave days so i can attend the events.

just wondering how you decide the date for each event.

im starting to think its a conspiracy to make me use all my holiday hours.....

Hi,

There are many factors. This includes admin availability, venue availability (a big one here), and weekends where Evil Zero is working and has to take annual leave to attend Respawn, because, hey, we're worth it.

For what it's worth, I'm taking time off work, too.

We like to run around school/uni holidays as it makes it better for everyone but that can't always be the case. It's always in our best interests to choose dates where everyone can make it so we can get more players. More is good, right?
