we have been thinking of playing SourceTV over the projector for some of the comps so everyone can watch the game

its my understanding that this is a delayed feed for the server

thinking of running it during CSS 5v5, hl2dm, CSS gungame and tf2 if it happens

simple yes or no,

discuss

good thing with sourceTV is will automatically change the spectator location depending on where all the action is

And the even better thing is that it takes one console command to enable it.

And then you can set up a source TV proxy server with another few commands so you dont' hammer the main server.

And everyone with the game can connect to it themselves to watch it on their own personal screen.

It's an epic idea.

Making the comps more.. public and announced would certainly make the atmosphere a bit better, I reckon. Maybe some commentary to go with the final or something. (Can you really be bothered trying to muster up enough craptalk to fill in the entire time for even a single final? *shrugs* I know I couldn't)
