I beleive the guys calculate the power for the event based on the amount of PC's turning up, and that is based on 1 pc per rego. Any more than that, and then the power issues start - of course there is an overhead, for the admins servers, vip table, etc - but if one person brings an extra pc - sure thats 401 computers, but then everyone says, hey, he has 2, i'll bring 2 as well - then we have 500 computers - and there is the problem.
