So, my Bus that started with 10, and then dropped to 8; then 7 and now there are five. Kinda frustrating; I'll do things differently next time - full payment to me for the bus rental up front, for example.
Still, I can confirm now that the following users who have CONFIRMED will NOT be present:

crouching girlfriend.
Didn't up leaving Canberra until 11ish, so we'll be getting into Melbourne about 7 or so; staying at the Bulla Hotel tonight and rocking up nice and early to the venue tomorrow!
I'll post updates as we travel - it's funny, five of us plus our two tagalong drivers in a 14 seater van! Kinda empty; but we packed well and am bringing my file server and some other fun so the room has been well used
