Just a few questions bout v14 Options

well hi, this will be my first time to a lan so i has a few questions.

1. how do people share stuff to other people, like movies, and such and is porn aloud.
2. if there is a game that people are playing that i dont have, is there some were i can download it or get it off someone elses pc.
3. is there normal internet, or is it just lan.

also is there like a huge database of stuff that ppl have uploaded so ppl can go through it aand get stuff they would like.
