Just wanted to ask if its going to be okay if we use the BBQ there at respawn? If not are we allowed to bring our own to use?

No to both of the above,

the Respawn Team needs to manage the BBQ since we hire the hall and are responible for it.

cannot bring another BBQ because that just opens up alot of things that can go wrong.
