Hey guys,
As you may already know, Simon Thomas King has passed away. He was in a fatal car accident at 2:30am on the 18/9/09. He had smashed into a tree that apparently had broken the car in two on impact.
These were his last words:
"I'm sorry to everyone for this. I could never hack it in life. I always took the cowards way out. I shut myself inside a world with my girlfriends and ignored other friends and family. Now the past 7 years of my life have hit me because now I ...have nothing. 7 years of emotions is too much for me to bear. I cannot deal with the lonliness and the heartache that lies ahead. I can't live on like this. this is all too much for me to take. I'm sorry I had to do this but i cannot go on living knowing I am such a screw up. I am sorry to everyone in my life. It's better this way for everyone.
Goodbye for the final time, from Simon Thomas King."
I might've not known Simon as well as most other people, but, whenever we had a chat or when i was begging for slots on DC++, he always had something funny to say. It's sad that he has passed on, but we must remember him for the awesome person that he was.
I am currently in the process of composing a song dedicated to him. I need a vocalist for when we get into the studio and professionally record...
And please, if you have anything that would inspire me or help with the writing of the song, don't hesitate to drop me a line with your ideas. It'd be nice if people would contribute as much as possible.
