Seating at RESPAWN Options

Hey guys, new to the forums, and just registered for my first event.

My question is are you able to specify who you want to sit with? and if so where and how?

Hi there,

We don't have a formal seat booking system for this event, although i believe that's in the works for v4. If you arrive before lunch on the Saturday I don't imagine you'll have troubles finding an area to sit with friends. We start to fill up soon thereafter though, and can't garauntee large blocks of seats together.

Hey just another question about seating and stuff for v3. You guys have said that we can bring xbox/xbox360 with us but we have to bring a TV as well. Will it work out that i have to pay for 2 seats if i bring a TV, xbox360, computer and LCD screen as it will take up more than 1 seats worth of space.

there is an xbox area with tables and some couches where you can setup your tv and xbox/playstation/snes at no extra charge.

Hi again, sorry to keep asking questions but as it does not appear as v3 will get to the 400 person limit would i be allowed to bring a secong LCD monitor, it would be a 17" or 19" just to sit next to my PC to be used as a display for my xbox thru a VGA connector?

you may be asked to pay for a second seat if you take up too much room but that would have to be decided on the day.
if you did not wish to pay for the second seat you could just move the 2nd screen and xbox into the xbox area.

Nah thats fine, i dont mind paying extra. Just thought i would check first.
