I'm looking to get a headset. Not sure entirely what to get.
I've been looking at the Razer Carcharias and the Turtle Beach Z6A just because they seem rather interesting.
What do people have/do they recommend them?

I have the Logitech G35. Good headset. I love the custom voices function and the fact that it uses the same software that controls my G19 keyboard.

The G35's are a nice headset. Been pretty dissapointed with the Razer headsets ive seen. Currently got a pair of plantronics gamecon 367's. They have quite good build, sound and mic quality for the money. If you wanna spend the cash i'd go with the G35's or the Plantronics for a cheaper option.

I have a pair of Tritton Ax720's... Best headphones I have owned so far. I came from Logitech G35's and in my opinion the AX720's thump the living crap out of them. Huge bass and excellent sound quality ( I have mine running through digital output) and are comfortable too. All depends how much you want to spend though.

I've been using the G35's for quite a while now. They produce good sound quality and I like them as they fit my fat head (lets be honest here).

If I had the cash to spend I'd go higher but Logitech do produce good quality kit that don't break randomly.

I'm a massive supporter of the SteelSeries Siberia sets. They have fantastic sound quality, especially for a ~$100 headset. I use them for music as much as I do for gaming. And SS have gone kinda nuts with the colour variations, which means you can luck across some really interesting ones.

Actually, there's a handful of these going as prizes in the SteelSeries CS:GO Challenge being run at v25. You should consider entering wink.gif
