spend the money on english lessons instead?

its not hard to put together a system from MSY yourself. i7 is overpriced atm, stick with 775 for that budget. A few 1.5TB disks, E8400 or something, 4gb ram or more, vista x64, you should be set.

A serious reccomendation though - dont skip out on the power supply. You have a good budget, so use it. Corsair HX-620 should do you fine for 4 or so hdd's, and a single beefy graphics card.

I'd get a smaller, faster HD to boot windows on. Maybe a Raptor?

Breathe and let the words come out of your mouth so we can understand what you have to say.

You need to sit down and work out what you need for your computer, u might only need 1 or 2 hard drives, or u mite want 10?

It all goes down to what you "want" to spend really biggrin.gif

$3000 is alot for a first PC, but its a good start..biggrin.gif

it kinda also realy depends on what u want it for......if ur gaming then mabye think about I7 and SLI/crossfire, but if its just for general use then just stick with a dual or quad core with a gigabyte mobo and 4 gig RAM........ooowww and that earlyer comment is deffnantly true, dont go cheap on the power supply or u will regret it!!

pretty sure wookie has a seperate thermaltake GFX power pack. Thermaltake make a psu that slides into a 5.25" bay for this.
