Hi. I don't live in Melbourne and I barely have any idea of getting around Melbourne city, let alone bus/tram routes out of the CBD.

I have located a bus route from the City departing from Flinders/Elizabeth Streets and sets down at Grange Road/Christmas Street to Waterdale/Crissane Roads. But I am unsure of the bus stops around the set down areas near the University and where I should jump off. Bus route 340 via Freeway stops at all stops, but route 350 via Freeway has limited pick up and set down locations. (Information from metlink website).

Some help in this matter would be much appreciated, in particular places where I should get off the bus at because there appears to be a bus route going through the University going by the map on the Respawn Lan website.

Or if you don't like changing services catch the Bundoora RMIT tram from Spencer, or somewhere in central melbourne.

www.metlinkmelbourne.com.au has a thingy you can use to enter your address and where you want to go and it'll sort it out for you tongue.gif

if you do that you'll take around 30 mins longer, train >> faster than trams + less stops along the way.

an even faster way would be to catch the Epping line to Reservoir Station and then catch a bus to La Trobe uni.
