Lag is fine. No dedicated but more than enough local servers. It is a beta after all.
Gameplay is fantastic. Blowing shit up has never been so much fun!

My main issue is that if you try to rebind keys it fucks up.
My keyboard has shit spacing, so I use ESDF rather than WASD because I can use crtl for crouch and it's more comfortable, however in BF3 when I rebound it, every time I go to strafe right it knifes.
