Just wanted confirmation on what version the FlatOut comp is...

FlatOut 2
or FlatOut Reborn

and does it have to be run through steam versions?

FlatOut 2 is the answer, it needs be the latest steam version. Far as I am aware the non-steam flatout latest and the steam version are the same
