At V16 respawn, it was just first in when confirmations came around. Example, if I was on the waiting list but in the first 500 to confirm then I was guaranteed a spot.
Is that not the case this time?
From what I read in the news forum and also the fact that it is now at 422 confirmations out of 400 does that mean that no matter what, before confirmations if you weren't in the top 400 then you aren't guaranteed a spot?
