Hey!

A huge group of Repsawnians are driving up to Adelaide for Reloaded, so we thought we'd share our experience with you, our loyal forumites.

Most of us are heading up tomorrow (Thursday) in a convoy of cars (leaving at 7AM? What is this shit?!), while a few others are heading up on Friday. LAN set up starts really really early on Friday morning, and the LAN starts around dinner time on Friday. These guys are so hardcore, they don't sleep at all between set up and the LAN itself! ohmy.gif

As you can see from the following diagram, Respawn is one of the largest groups going (we were the equal largest, but then we had pikers sad.gif )

We'll be posting up a few thoughts, pictures and recounts of experiences throughout our journey.

brb, gotta procrastinate packing a bit more.

I'm heading over with Mum, wildwire are sponsoring Relaoded.

It's looking to be an interesting event. The format is very different to Respawn; they run from friday night through till sunday morning.

I've not even begun packing yet! But i've stocked up on baked goods to feed us over the trip and event.

Adelaide is about an 8 or so hour drive. it's going to be tedious! but the convoy and CB radio factor should keep us all sane!

gunna miss you guise happy.gif

NB: We wont be speeding, and the limit is 100 for quite a distance, in addition to the regular roadworks sections.

Epic trip will be epic. It's 110kph in sections. Pro Tip... SLOW DOWN for the country towns when it drops to 80kph because country coppers love the city folk....

(also I have not even started packing yet... i'm posting this on a train to the city cos i have work in the city tonight and the parent and her daughter have a "tea pot" doll that sings i'm a little teapot over and over.... i've heard it 42 times since Carrum sad.gif((((((((( )

Now waiting at deadmans, stealing his wireless. Because he isnt at his own house! sigh.

Looking at the inverter i bought for the roadtrip ive made one fatal flaw, I need 2 ciggie lighter sockets. 1 for the FM adapter (music) and one for the inverter (to charge the laptop/etc) OOPS.
