So i registered and confirmed at the request of another top 20 ra3 player, but alas i am 453rd, is it likely that I would get in? or that people who wont be able to attend would un-register?

Your best bet would to be wait and see.
Hopefully we'll have a system in place on the day that will allow you to see if its worth coming to the event.
