Id like to descirbe to my friends were we usually sit, but dont want them to wait for me / have to wait for them at the door. Does anyone have a plan of the place so I can send them a copy telling them where to meet us?

Tell them to call/SMS you, and describe your location over the phone.

Layout will be the same as V12 I believe. And v13 differed only slightly in that there was one or two less columns of seating in the main area of the hall. (Don't quote me on that bit)

The layout remains the same in most cases. It hasn't changed in the last few events. There is no map you can say where you will be sitting sorry.

i think GAIRUS has to think before he comments ...


Respawn does not support a pre-lan seat reservation system. We run on a "first in, Best Dressed" (or.. seated) policy.

HOWEVER.

If you arrive early, and your friends are rego'd AND confirmed, then you can reserve seats for them. either untill 2pm Saturday or you can pay for their seats and they are reserved until the LAN finishes.

If you know you will be there at 10am, and you know that all your friends are confirmed, then it would be helpful if you could PM me with the number of seats you will likely want, and i can print up signs.

why do you like that spot dagger. it was cramped on the side our other friends sat on. Where you and I sat wasn't bad though.
