anyone who knows any more than "there will be a cod4 competition" plz post?

i've been told by my teammate that it will be a 5v5 tourny running pam mod search and destroy, true?

and if so, any ideas on how many teams will be competing, prizes etc?

team is going to travel a fair way so just want to be in the know here
