Hey peeps this is just a lead on from my last topic about the tourny games,

HEROES OF NEWERTH WILL BE PLAYABLE AT RESPAWN AS A LAN GAME!!!

no internet connection required or Official HON account details
just TOTALLY ALL ROUND LAN STYLE like dota/war3

Notes:
i've done alot of testing and theres only tiny minor bugs but people wont really notice. nothing OP no heroes are OP unless ur zephy all items are working properly etc, not all heroes are up to date compared to Official online HON but the LAN edition is still playable. I will be needing 5v5 testers at respawn to help me further test the game once im there in the morning just by having a couple matches of 5v5 with common game modes. thanks

Nope this is what HON lan is basically:

Hon LAN is a separate edition of HON itself. You install the game as if its a new game basically.
But when you enter the game it has the LAN option instead of online play. it goes straight into Lan servers and lan creation and you do the same thing as you would in normal hon. HON LAN, is not apart of HON Online, as in same folder or takes over original hon files so it doesnt mess with ur normal hon. it installs into its own folder there for having a 2nd HON just for lan only. not ALL HON heroes are put into the lan version because its only recently made so it would be something aroung (In patch terms to Official Hon) 1.0.12 or what ever. the current is like 1.0.21.1 for offical hon. the lan version is only at 1.0.12 but is shown as 1.32. So you dont have all the new heroes like moraxus or myrmidon or what eva.

NO CRACK APPLIED TO OFFICIAL HON ONLINE WHAT SO EVER!

in the LAN edition there is no Account creation or stats just type name in and join a lan server game or make ur own. This is the only solution atm that i can find that works for LAN games with HON. i have the files etc, obserers and refs are enabled there are some dota heroes in it like skeleton king magnus bounty hunter phantom lancer etc jsut to fill in dota/hon hero spots. Totally playable for lan! fully working 2% minor bugs thats all

Just because you do not apply the crack to the original software does not mean that it is not cracked in some way.

You're taking paid software and playing it for free. This thread is over!
