I understand it generally not being in the mix generally, but if you're having a soviet lan why wouldn't you make RA3 one of the comps to go along with it?!?!

Would <3 an RA3 comp tbh.

Is this vanilla RA3 or with uprising? I don't have uprising myself, but i have heard it adds new units, which would obviously lead to balance issues

I'm not R4n, but i do know that while the main tourney's have the main advertised prizes, we have a bunch of smaller prizes for the littler/fun comps smile.gif

To answer peoples questions, RA3 will be normal, not uprising. As far as i know uprising doesnt work in a lan/internet environment anyway.

This comp will have a prize, which will be announced shortly biggrin.gif

Ya uprising is simply single-player expansion. Units aren't and never were designed to be implemented into multiplayer.

Thats cool. I played CnC3 and i remember how Kane's wrath COMPLETELY fucked up MP balance with super units and shit. Glad they went SP only, it's really nice to see EA supporting this game so much, and actually paying attention to fan feedback

Ill agree kanes wrath was somewhat unbalanced.... fucking MARV
Still a fun game to play tho. I just never got into using the super units, most of the people i play against tho spam them like the plague sleep.gif, so i spam back flame tanks! tongue.gif

Hey Guys.
On the topic of RA3 and as i play this game online for hours each day i was just woundering and it's most likely a noob question but does ra3 work in the lan environment? Does any1 know? Did you play it last lan? What do you need 2 make it work in the lan environment? So many question guys i know but ya never get far by not asking question, and i'm very keen 2 play this game and other rts games at this lan.
