So there's been quite a few questions lately about what to do if you are late to respawn etcetc smile.gif

Q: Can my friends reserve my seat?
A: Yes! if your friends pay for your seat, then you are as good as there!

Q: How will people know my seat is reserved?
A: We will print a custom reserved sign for you! and your friends can tape it to your place smile.gif

Q: When can i get my seat reserved?
A: It really makes life easier if you organise this with us before hand! PM myself and we can work it out smile.gif

Q: What if my friends can't pay for me, or I dont have friends attending, and i know i'm going to be late?
A: This depends on when you are going to arrive. Generally if you are in the top 450 players, and are CONFIRMED, and arrive before about 2pm, we can guarantee you a seat. After 2pmish, it's fairly free game.

Q: What if i'm confirmed, but on the waiting list? sad.gif
A: If this is the case, and you arrive before 2pm, then we hold the right to refuse you entry. After 2pm we cannot guarantee you a seat, but your chances are better. If you are coming from a long way away (Far S-E suburbs, geelong, bendigo, etc) then PM me and we can work something out. smile.gif

Q: What if my question isn't on this list, or i'm still confused?
A: Post in this thread, or PM me! i'm more than happy to answer questions smile.gif

UPDATE:
 We will be updating the website main page ( www.respawn.com.au ) with a LIVE! update of how many people have checked in! This will assit you, because you will be able to see how many people are in the venue vs how many seats are left smile.gif

Hi Duwom,

what sort of times will they be arriving? and are they all on the confirmed list (NOT waiting list)?

if they are all arriving between 10am and, say, noon, and are all in the top 450 we can probably print you some signs. how many of them are there?

this is good news, will also need to reserve 5 seats side by side as we will be taking part in the COD4 comp, i am arriving with 2 others very early, most likely even before 10, just to do so

I have this work shift that I 100% cannot cancell and it finishes at 3pm on Saturday. I really do not want to miss out on Respawn so is it okay if my clan mates purchases a ticket for me and reserve a seat next to them until I arrive?

Is there someway I can 100% guarantee my seat until 4pm? Like, you taking note of my name and my arrival?

I'll keep you informed if my situation changes, but at the moment this is 90% likely whats going to happen.

they will deffinatly be arriving before 2pm i'll be bringin 3 of em and i hear that a chunk of the others will be there fair early, so yeah

Tank,

Since I will be arriving after 3pm and the Call of Duty comp is 4pm, I really don't want to waste time finding the right entrance/car park. Can you please show me an image/map of the function building and surrounding streets with an arrow (drawn on paint possibly) showing the correct entrance and door I must go through. Lol, sorry if this is a bit of a hassle, but I seriously am on a really annoying time constrain.

I've got about 9-10 friends coming tomorrow but I'll be late because of footy in the morning (should be around at a bit after midday anyway but there's a massive list trying to get in heh).

I was hoping if we could possibly get grouped reservations as I (and possibly others) are unable to show up from the beginning and I would like it if we weren't dispersed around the room.
