[ The good ]

- Registration went smoothly
- Power was flawless (except for 1 table where some idiot kept knocking out the extension lead)
- Competitions were great and were run very efficiently
- Very helpful admins
- Fast network for most of the LAN with minimal downtime (downtime was due to the same idiot from above)
- Could hear the majority of the announcements
- COD4 players weren't too noisy
- Pizza ordering and processing went smoothly
- Great BBQ (as always)

[ The bad ]
- The people who come into the hall and move the reserved tags to other places, you are retards. Myself and several of my friends in a large group were split up into opposite ends of the hall because people moved the reserved seating tags to different places and we were told by Queenie and Sando to basically GTFO for someone elses mistake. In my opinion, the reserved seating system also needs to be reviewed. There needs to be some form of "buffering" so that people cannot book one or two seats in the middle of a massive row meaning that people in a large group cannot sit all in a row. Won't say too much about this as being moved around several times was very annoying to say the least.
- Was a bit cold near the back area towards Pings (doors were electronically locked open for Smokers etc..)
- The guy who brought a box of old pre year 2000 PC parts with him to sell to people to get money for a carton of cigarettes, you need to get a job. Also, stop going around to everyone over and over trying to get them to give you cash in hand for a paypal transfer of probably invalid funds. Seriously, what the f***.

most people with nerf guns are ok but there quite a few annoying ones around that seem to ruin it for the rest

Due to the bad reputation being bandished around I have tossed away my nerf gun and will not be tainted by the terrible antics of these degenrates of society.

I have instead bought myself a PA1200 Magnum, and look forward to unleashing it's balls of glory on all you haters at the next respawn! blink.gif

From the vast replies in this thread i think 90% of ppl at respawn think nerf guns are annoying and pointless. I think they are a distraction to everyone trying to play games and the ppl that have the nerfs i look around and 80% of the lan there not even at there pc.......


I think BAN THE NERF!!! I have atleast 15 ppl in my group everytime and where all over the fucking nerfs!!!


And you shoot me in the face, i punch you in the face simple as that, im there to play games and win smile.gif Not be shot in the head from an immature asshole!

Think we need to make harder rules on NERF guns. Have a designated area (not where everybody is playing games) or have a fun comp of hitting targets, not randoms playing in tournaments etc.?

TBH it seems to get worse at every LAN. and although I didn't get hit in the eye. i still found it a hell of annoying. mad.gif

Steam has always been a problem at Respawn. It wasn't too bad for me since i went in offline mode most of the time anyway tongue.gif

It seemed rather quiet too, I was rather suprised. (still got barely any sleep though)

Looking forward to the next one in a months time, <3
